  • DNW Stone accepts returns or exchanges for defective Products within 14 days of receipt, subject to inspection.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6.2 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them without penalty.
  • For cancellations after 24 hours, DNW Stone reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, especially if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.

7. Product Warranty

  • DNW Stone provides a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship on our Products for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by unauthorised parties, or normal wear and tear.
  • The warranty is void if modifications are made to the Product by any party other than DNW Stone.
